Payment
Fully refundable, on simple written request, until the factory order.
Expected in April 2027, after the factory visit at the Canton Fair. You receive the visit photos and the purchase order before paying.

How to pay. By bank transfer to KATALUXE SARL U's account, preferably: each payment then leaves a record in your name and ours. From Togo, payment by Mixx by Yas or Flooz is also accepted. Every payment is followed by a written receipt.
Delivery guarantee. Installation is targeted for summer 2027. If your kit is not installed by 31 March 2028, you are refunded every sum paid, on simple written request.

You can request, in writing, a full refund of your 20% booking deposit at any time until the factory order, with no justification required. After that point your equipment enters production: the conditions are then set out in the booking form you receive and accept before any payment.
Price depends on the volume imported: a full container gets a much better factory rate than a partial shipment. Our first shipment leaves in a smaller volume, so it costs us more — but we chose to charge founding customers the container price from the start, the one we will obtain once the full volume is reached. AFRO-ENERGY absorbs the difference, not you.
Installation is targeted for summer 2027, after the factory order expected in April 2027, following the factory visit at the Canton Fair. Founding customers are installed first, on the first shipment. If your kit is not installed by 31 March 2028, you are refunded every sum paid, on simple written request.
